Is Counselling What I need?

Sometimes people get confused and are not sure what they need.

Is my issue bad enough to need a counsellor? Is a coach enough? How do I know if I need Coaching or Counselling? How about a Psychologist or Psychiatrist?

Each of these professionals provide services to meet different needs, so to find the right support it is important to understand what each one does.
